I haven't ridden since I last blogged. I could blog about a lot, but none of it would be horse related so I'm just not bothering. LOL though I could chronicle the new ailments in the life of sarah falling apart. <br /><br />That said, I love yoga. I started doing a lot of it in September as a way to break up the day. I don't do a lot, but I find 10-20 minutes daily (almost daily) does a LOT for me vs 40-60 minutes 2-3x/week. Plus it's easier for me to commit to a shorter workout. I need to start getting back into, but I'm so freaking weak since being (still being?) sick. Blahhh! I just need to stick with the yoga requiring no strength for now. Beginner flow stuff vs core strength and power.
